Up the hill from elegant Mall road, Landour Bazar is where you would find ceramic crockery, woollens and antiques and it is famous for handwritten signs which are nailed on the wood. Avenue decorated by deodar and pine trees leads to this bazaar which houses a lot of buildings from the British Era starting from a rejuvenation centre which was developed by them.
It also has the residence of Captain Young, who discovered Mussoorie. This house is now known as Mullingar Estate which is visited by the tourists to admire the architectural style of that period. Some shops on the roadside are very famous for selling tea and light snacks to the visitors.
